The authors demonstrate the influence of legal culture as a factor that can change the behavior of the individual and realize their creative potential in the process of legal activity. In the legal culture of the individual, the authors identify a number of elements: the legal consciousness of the individual; the habit of law-abiding action; the legal activity of a person, manifested in his skills and skills of effective use of legal and moral ways to achieve human goals. It is shown that the formation of students&amp;#39; legal culture occurs both in the learning process and in out-of-class learning activities and social interaction processes. The article presents the experimental data confirming the effectiveness of innovative &amp;quot;web quest&amp;quot; technologies that enhance the legal culture of students, the formation of general competencies and improve computer literacy of students. Methodological features of the use of the &amp;quot;web quest&amp;quot; technology in the formation of legal culture are shown. The authors also demonstrate the potential of improving the legal culture of students in the course of the organization of the &amp;quot;legal clinic&amp;quot;, in which they improve their legal literacy and provide assistance to vulnerable segments of the population.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article considers legal culture as one of the features of personality development, expressed in the level of law-abiding of its social life.
