Therefore, the study and comparative analysis of the experience of foreign research and partners, allowing to identify trends in the development of evaluation systems of learning outcomes in different countries of the world will provide an opportunity to develop technologies for assessing the quality of education, which favorably facilitates the deployment and implementation of a new research in this field. In this connection, the article highlights some trends in the development of information technologies for monitoring and assessing the quality of education in the system of training and retraining of teaching staff in the Republic of Uzbekistan, where the conceptual ideas for the development of an automated monitoring system are analyzed. The purpose of such an analysis is to modernize the country&amp;#39;s education system, where ways and mechanisms of monitoring research are being improved, a toolkit is being developed to study the results of the educational process in the system of continuous education. The system analysis of the problem made it possible to calculate the correlation of the assessments of the students&amp;#39; knowledge and other results of the evaluation of the quality of education (with presentation in graphic and tabular formats) with the following indicators: pedagogical qualifications of teachers; material and technical basis of educational institutions; methodological assistance provided to employees of public education by the institution of retraining and advanced training; the availability of educational materials, textbooks, electronic resources, etc. The article also describes the main methods for assessing the quality of education, the study and analysis of the fulfillment of the requirements of the State educational standards in schools, the identification of gaps in the knowledge and competence of students and their replenishment. This monitoring system measures performance, identifies factors, and determines the extent to which they influence the quality of education. The results of the research are reflected in the publication of abstracts at international and republican scientific and practical conferences in South Korea, India, China, and Uzbekistan; methodical seminars of senior scientific researchers of UzNIIPN named after T.N. Kary-Niyazi. Conceptual postulates and theoretical generalizations of the scientific article were discussed at the expanded meeting of the laboratories of UzNIIPN named after T.N. Kary-Niyazi in July 2018.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article considers the possibility of creating an effective, integrated system for training highly qualified personnel at the level of developed democratic states that meets the requirements of high spirituality and morals, which is an important issue of time.
