Emergence of new light sources which to some extent can affect the progress of students and, on the other hand, some new experimental data obtained by us in the sphere of innovative education, was embodied in the idea of creation of a new method of training. The project assumes the development of an express method, as well as a hardware-software complex for a comprehensive study of the influence of the spectral characteristics of LED lighting on attention, performance, psycho-emotional state and the efficiency of learning material. The basis of the express method is a comprehensive rapid testing of the trained subjects of the educational process using a hardware-software complex using blank techniques, without interrupting the direct educational process. The test persons will be in a specially created light microclimate with LED light sources. Currently in Russia, models and teaching methods are used that reflect the approaches to organizing interaction only between training and learning subjects of the educational process without taking into account the ever-increasing probabilistic influence on the educational process of light emission from LED lighting, liquid-crystal monitors of personal computers and mobile communications. And, accordingly, there are no methods for assessing this influence in pedagogical science. The project is aimed at the solution of this problem. The developed express method and the device will allow a more detailed study of the social aspects of the problems of education, upbringing and educational psychology, manifested under the influence of a radically changed light environment in educational institutions and dwellings.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Today, the system of education involves independent study with the use of personal computers with liquid crystal monitors which can be regarded as LED light sources, based on their range of emitted light stream and the principle of operation of the radiating unit.
