Noting that the crucial time of the 90s in the 20th century has changed not only the socio-political and socio-economic situation in the country, but also the consciousness of young citizens, the author says that more attention should be paid to their education as future professionals. Speaking about professional education, the author notes that in general it is an organic component of all educational work of the organization of secondary professional education. In addition, in his article the author cites the legal framework of both federal and regional levels, designed to help mentors and deputy directors for educational work in its targeted organization. In determining the essence of professional education, it is important to involve students not only into professional activities, but also to social functions in accordance with the specialty and skill level.
