In a situation of renewed attention to the issues of education, including in the practice of departmental organisations, the search for pedagogical resources and practices to improve its effectiveness remains relevant. This is fully characteristic of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In the author&amp;#39;s opinion, it is productive in this direction to refer to the pedagogical ideas of A.A. Kadochnikov. These ideas were scientifically analysed and presented in the form of the author&amp;#39;s original pedagogical concept. The purpose: to determine the structural and content aspects and the potential of the pedagogical concept of A.A. Kadochnikov as an organisational and pedagogical basis for improving the quality of the results of the process of training cadets of the Ministry of Interior of Russia. Methodology and methods. The methodology of the study was determined by sociocultural, axiological and systemic approaches to education. Methods of pedagogical modeling, abstraction and systematization were used. Among the respondents were cadets of the scientific and practical group (N = 30) of the Voronezh Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Results. According to a number of authors, the analysis of the possibilities of introducing the provisions, ideas and forms of work of the author&amp;#39;s pedagogical concept of A.A. Kadochnikov into the educational process of the educational organisations of the Ministry of Interior of Russia may be one of the possible ways of intensifying the educational influence. Conclusions. The orientation of the process of training of cadets of the Ministry of Interior of Russia to the conceptual provisions of A.A. Kadochnikov. Kadochnikov, based on the principles of a holistic pedagogical process and the triad of forces, allows to form, develop and improve a wide range of practical skills, abilities, algorithms and methods of personal security in the performance of operational and service tasks of cadets of training institutions of the Ministry of Interior of Russia, to productively master various roles (phenomenon, myth, theoretician, philosopher, practitioner and creator (in the terminology of A.A. Kadochnikov)).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Introduction.
