The authors reflect on the principles of arranging the health preservation activities at school. Besides, they determine the purpose, tasks, approaches and principles of developing the program. It is emphasized that educational organizations of different levels can have special features of developing their programs, according to the age of the trainers and specific conditions of the educational institution.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the problem of developing a program of health in the educational institution, the creation of a health preservation pedagogical system at the educational institution as based on the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard (FSES).
