The article confirms the following hypothesis of the pedagogical research: the psychological and pedagogical training of students, the future managers, both in teaching disciplines of the psycho-pedagogical cycle and management, will foster their leadership skills. To present a quantitative degree of development of these qualities, the author used the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The method is based on the construction of a hierarchy which represents an abstract structure of the system aimed at studying the functional interactions of its components and their impact on the overall system. As a result of this experiment, we can draw a conclusion that in the process of teaching management in the proposed pedagogical conditions, the students have significantly improved their qualities appropriate for a manager-leader.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The availability of leadership qualities in future managers is the foundation of a successful career, which facilitates a competitive labor market.
