The authors state that the higher the level of students&amp;rsquo; valuable preferences in respect of health is, the higher the level of academic motivation and anticipations from university studying is, and the more significant family, spirituality, authority values are. Most of the 1-st year students have a &amp;ldquo;high&amp;rdquo; level of the resistance to stress and &amp;ldquo;normal general state&amp;rdquo; in the beginning of the academic year. Besides, high resistance to stress has a positive relation with &amp;ldquo;high&amp;rdquo; and &amp;ldquo;average&amp;rdquo; comfortability rates. It is shown, that students&amp;rsquo; resistance to stress and health value levels positively correlate with time experience, the attitude forward, personality orientation experience, spending life estimation, the significance level of the past and position to the future, the meaningful life level, self-actualization level. The necessity of complex preventive activity oriented to the students&amp;rsquo; adaptation, health value and personal lifetime organization level increasing is justified</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article covers the 1-st year students&amp;rsquo; adaptation to the high school education conditions research.
