The study found that in addition to the dominant until recent time hygienic approach to PMR school health pedagogics, the trend of using an integrated approach to healthy generation problems of education, development oriented on health education systems creates the conditions for an integrated and inclusive education for children with special education needs in the country, increased attention to the formation of moral and social components of school health, the development of ethno-cultural aspects of health education. The results obtained allowed to reveal the essential char-acteristics and features of school health pedagogics in the PMR; holistically to provide the Genesis of school health pedagogics in the PMR in the post-Soviet period; to determine the direction of development of school health pedagogics in the PMR at the present stage; to identify the positive experience of maintaining, strengthening and health formation of Transnistrian schoolchildren.
