THE ROLE OF BACKGROUND LEGAL SYSTEMS IN THE FOR-MATION OF LEGAL CULTURE OF CITIZENS OF RUSSIA
Often, in difficult situations, we are unable to determine which legal acts could be invoked to protect our rights, because of lack of legal literacy. The article presents a background of the legal system that can help every literate user to find the way out of a difficult legal situation without the help of professional lawyers. The authors, on the basis of international and national reference of legal systems offer the most proven options for the installation of special free applications to mobile communications systems, which give guaranteed access to legal information. The article is intended to provide the possibility of solving one of the most important current problems of citizens of Russia – formation of legal literacy of the population of our country.
