THE MODERN PEDAGOGICS OF COOPERATION AS A SCIENTIFIC BASIS OF UNIVERSITY TEACHERS AND STUDENTS COOPERATION AND INTERACTIVE ACTIVITY

The article describes the characteristics of pedagogics as a human discipline. The main definitions of modern pedagogics of cooperation such as  cooperation, interaction, teamwork, pedagogical interaction, cooperation in training and education, dialogue, dialogue communication, networking cooperation, etc. for high school purposes are discussed in the article. Their analysis is given. The object and subject of pedagogics of cooperation are presented. The professional communicative competence of a future specialist is shown in the article and the kinds of interactions for its creating with students are explained. These definitions are analyzed in the article from different scientists` point of view. The possibility and topicality of using different types and kinds of interactions in a modern high school and the formation of a competent-developed personality of a future competitive specialist are described. The modern approaches and algorithms of organizing pedagogical interactions in the university complete pedagogical process are given. The different kinds of communication and their characteristics are shown.
