Developing the business communication ability of a secondary language personality to speak a foreign language based on an interactive course

Introduction. As far as a deep modernization of the entire education system, caused by the need to adapt to the demands of the digital economy and digital society, is concerned, there is a demand for high-quality online courses and interactive educational platforms. At all education levels the digital educational environment is being formed as a set of digital learning tools, online courses, electronic educational resources and platforms. This research aims at identifying how Padlet affects the development of foreign language communication skills in a secondary language personality in business communication environment. Methodology and methods: the survey conducted covers the students of the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy who were taught with the help of an interactive course on Padlet. By interpreting the data obtained through the quantitative method, followed by the method of expert evaluation, we identified the effectiveness of the interactive course developed. Research results: an interactive course on the discipline “Business Communication in Intercultural Interaction” has been developed on the Padlet online board. Conclusion: Padlet allows students to be engaged in an active learning process based on the use of interactive learning methods and create conditions favorable for the formation and development of the appropriate foreign language skills. As noted by the interactive board users, it stimulates cognitive interest in independent language learning. The practical significance lies in the fact that the use of an interactive course can be used in pedagogical activities to improve the process of foreign language teaching.
