CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK OF TRAINING FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS TO WORK WITH GIFTED CHILDREN

One of the most important tasks of modern education is to introduce creative problem methods of training and education with the aim of developing a creative, intellectually developed, and spiritually rich personality. This is the major reason behind the current topicality of the problem of improving the professional training of future primary school teachers, so as to enable them to effectively identify and develop junior school students’ talents. The aim of the article is grounding the conceptual foundations of preparing future primary school teachers to work with gifted students. To achieve this aim, there has been employed a complex of methods: theoretical methods (analysis of philosophical, pedagogical, psychological, methodological literature), empirical methods (personal and group interview,  questionnairesurvey, observation, generalization of teaching experience, enhancing learning motivation, stimulating responsibility, practical, problem, partial search, interactive, innovative methods), as well as the method of mathematical statistics. In the result, the  basic idea of the conception has been identified as designing creative environment of the innovative educational space, which is characterized by a special activity of the teacher who is not satisfied with conventional conditions and is striving for qualitatively new results. This requires improvement of the content and forms of the educational process, and the use of modern approaches to teacher training (learner-centred and studentactivity approach, competency approach, technological approach, research approach, differentiated approach).
