Lexico-grammatical chants in the lesson in Russian as a foreign language
 

Introduction. Modern learning conditions pose a number of tasks for the teacher, the solution of which goes beyond the traditional teaching methods. Of particular relevance are suggestopedic methods, designed to reveal the reserve possibilities of attention and memory in the current stressful conditions for the student. One such productive form of work is lexico-grammatical chants, which are lexico-grammatical material repeated many times to music. The purpose of the article is to study and analyze the existing experience of using lexico-grammatical chants in Russian as a foreign language classes, as well as to substantiate the expediency of using chants in online-groups with A1 language proficiency. Materials and methods: theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature, content analysis, description and analysis of research results. As a result, the article presents the statistical data of the final tests of the groups that took part in the experiment on the use of lexical and grammatical chants in the classroom in Russian as a foreign language. The study showed that the students of the experimental group, on average, cope 15% better with tasks in listening and speaking on a given lexico-grammatical topic. Conclusions: the study showed that lexico-grammatical chants have a great methodological potential, the disclosure of which requires further theoretical and practical research.
