In the “Danger/Comfort” group, the need for protection from war and public unrest is growing against the background of low self-assessment of health, at the same time, satisfaction with activities and relationships with others was observed. The differences found relate to the perception of safety. Conclusions. Employees who have a low level of psychological safety are included in the “risk group”. The problem of ensuring effective activity in emergency conditions involves the physical and mental health of specialists. The study of psychological safety will allow us to determine its impact on the Ministry’s employees when carrying out extreme activities.
