T-game “Profnavigator. Experience” as a tool for working with personal agency in the process of professional self-determination of a person

Introduction: Personal agency, as an organising creative origin, is difficult to distinguish from other mental formations, since the phenomenology of the Self appears for a person both as a conceptual-personal formation with the centre in the Ego and as an active external manifestation of personal agency.  However, the violation of the connection between a person and his/her personal agency is a source and a significant factor in many problems of modern society. The purpose of the article: to substantiate the structure and content of the artificial sign-symbolic environment in the form of the T-game Profnavigator. Experience; to reveal the rules of interactive human interaction with it for actualisation, restoration and strengthening of the connection between “Self” and one’s personal agency. Methods: composition, decomposition; algorithmisation, modelling; building a psychodynamic model of the life potential of the subject of life creation. Reliance on the methodology of G.S. Prygin allows to give theoretical substantiation of this model. Results: T-game structure, stimulus material, and dynamics of interaction of the participant with T-game space are described, possibilities and limitations are revealed. Practical results of using this tool for solving such social problems as burnout prevention, actualisation of subject position, assistance to adolescents at risk in self-awareness and self-determination are given. In particular, on the example of one of the participants of the forming experiment (from the risk group), the influence of the T-game Profnavigator. Experience on the dynamics of the volume of arbitrary attention and interest of teenagers in socially significant spheres of life in comparison with the results of two control groups, with one of which a course on the development of cognitive sphere, in particular, attention, was conducted in a game format. It is shown that in the first case high positive dynamics was observed in the indicators of attention volume and interest to socially significant spheres of life, whereas in the special control group positive dynamics was observed only in the indicator of accuracy of arbitrary attention. Conclusions: The artificial sign-symbolic environment Profnavigator. Experience contributes to strengthening the connection of a person with his/her personal agency as a structuring creative beginning, which helps to accumulate internal resources and resist the flow of random events. This environment can be considered one of the first psychodynamic tools of the new generation.
