Self-development of the axiological potential of university students: organization of the process based on a computer program
Introduction. In the context of the transformation of vocational education, the use of software is one of the ways to professionalize and personalize the professional training process. The computer programme 'Self-development of students' axiological potential' is designed to promote the organisation of education by taking into account the independent orientation of university students towards the key values of their profession. The purpose of the article is to use the example of using this program in the process of professional training to visually present the implementation of the algorithm for self-development of the axiological potential of university students. Methodology and methods: resource-based axiological approach; analysis of scientific literature, implementation of technology for cooperation between project participants – developers of a computer program, visualization of research results, survey, independent orientation in key values of the profession, designing an individual trajectory of self-development of students' axiological potential, systematization and archiving of data, individual recommendations to students on the organization of independent work and practical exercises. Students from Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University participated in testing this programme. The results of the study and their discussion. The organization of the computer program development process implements the technology of cooperation, the use of the developed computer program promotes the self-development of the axiological potential of university students, supports self-motivation, self-determination, self-organization and self-control of students' activities based on independent orientation in the key values of the profession, forms individual trajectories with subsequent recommendations, ensuring the increasing complexity of the tasks of professional training solved by students for cognition, cooperation, scientific worldview and creativity. Conclusion. The developed computer program methodologically, theoretically, technologically and methodically ensures the process of self-development of axiological potential, determines the level of complexity of tasks that is necessary and appropriate for students' orientations in the values of the profession.
