Mentoring and management of preschool education: trends in domestic and global spaces
Introduction. Not all kindergarten directors consider the need to introduce new educational approaches. This is because the director is often a manager first and a teacher second. In this regard, the experience of using mentoring is interesting, which allows defining long-term projects of both a professional and educational nature in preschool educational institutions. The aim: The analysis of international practice of mentoring, including its interpretation and treatment for preschool organizations from the standpoint of effective response, as well as the definition of national policy in this area. Materials and methods: pedagogical research in the field of application and implementation of mentoring based on preschool educational organizations in Russia and analysis of similar research abroad. The methods of generalizing analysis of an electronic survey, expert opinion, systematization of current, scientific-domestic and foreign literature were applied. An analysis of the application and implementation of mentoring in the world arena was conducted. Results. The analysis of the process of determining the motivation of employees through the prism of a multi-age team, taking into account corporate ethics, under the influence of scientific foundations of mentoring in a preschool organization is carried out. The significance of internal resources of preschool organization managers in the conditions of project teams with mentor-teachers and its influence on emotional intelligence coupled with successful leadership is determined.
