In this process, the teacher is the key factor whose professional competences influence in which direction and how intensively students will progress and develop. In the professional literature we come across a large number of competencies lists that indicate the characteristics and abilities that teachers make qualified to do their job. We can observe the standards of general professional competencies of the teacher from the perspective of educational goals concerning the successful development of the personality of the child as a whole, as well, as the specificities of the teaching area, in this case art, apropos the teaching of fine arts. In this spirit, the definition of educational outcomes adapts, on the one hand, to the specifics of the area, in this case in the field of art, and on the other hand, to the needs of the school, that is, pupils, especially individualization, creative development and socialization of children.
