PSYCHO-PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS OF FORMATION OF LEGAL CULTURE OF SECONDARY VOCATIONAL EDUCATION STUDENTS

The article considers legal culture as one of the features of personality development, expressed in the level of law-abiding of its social life. The authors demonstrate the influence of legal culture as a factor that can change the behavior of the individual and realize their creative potential in the process of legal activity. In the legal culture of the individual, the authors identify a number of elements: the legal consciousness of the individual; the habit of law-abiding action; the legal activity of a person, manifested in his skills and skills of effective use of legal and moral ways to achieve human goals. It is shown that the formation of students' legal culture occurs both in the learning process and in out-of-class learning activities and social interaction processes. The article presents the experimental data confirming the effectiveness of innovative "web quest" technologies that enhance the legal culture of students, the formation of general competencies and improve computer literacy of students. Methodological features of the use of the "web quest" technology in the formation of legal culture are shown. The authors also demonstrate the potential of improving the legal culture of students in the course of the organization of the "legal clinic", in which they improve their legal literacy and provide assistance to vulnerable segments of the population.
