The research was carried out on the basis of content analysis of information sources; questionnaires; self-assessment, ranking, comparison; using methods of statistical data processing. 473 cadets and students (227 boys and 246 girls) were interviewed. As a result, the study of value orientations and moral attitudes of young men and women according to the ranks of the answers “very important” and “important” showed differences in the answers related to “raising children”, “love”, “physical improvement”, “self-confidence and inner harmony”. According to the sum of the ranks “not important”, “almost unimportant”, “absolutely unimportant” differences were observed in the answers associated with the values “creativity”, “travel and tourism”, “social activity”, “religion”.
