THE INFLUENCE OF NORMS OF SOCIALIZATION ON FORMATION OF COPING-STRATEGIES OF TUTORS OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

The article discusses the problem of features of social and psychological interaction of teachers of DOU. The results of empirical research of coping-strategy of teachers, and also, the norms of socialization defining them are presented.
